Our 7 Steps to the Complete Carpet Cleaning Service

Step 1
Pre-Inspection

Before starting the cleaning process, The carpet is thoroughly inspected, paying close attention to any special areas of concern.

Step 2
Pre-Conditioning

Specially formulated preconditioning agents are heated and applied,using liberal amounts on traffic areas to lubricate and break down soils and oils to ensure maximum soil removal.

Step 3
Spot Removal

Special cleaning solutions are applied to stubborn spots to assist in their removal, when possible, during the regular cleaning process.

Step 4
Furniture Moving

Please remove small items of furniture and breakable items. Some items such as pianos and china cabinets cannot be moved. Your furniture will be protected from moisture with blocks or tabs.

Step 5
Steam Cleaning

Begin heavy-duty hot water extraction using our Truck-mounted Powermatic Legacy 2100 will be used to ensure maximal soil removal and minimal drying time.

Step 6
Post-Cleaning Inspection

Before leaving, the carpet is thoroughly inspected, and any remaining stubborn spots will be treated.

Step 7
Carpet Grooming

A professional brush will be to restore the fluff and nap set of the carpet pile. This assists in drying and gives the carpet a groomed finished look.

Upholstery Cleaning

We thoroughly inspect upholstered furniture to determine the safest and most effective way to clean it. We use a specialized moisture extraction technique, which allows the use of higher solution pressures and a more effective vacuum pressure to safely achieve maximal cleaning without over-wetting.

Odor Treatment

      Urine contamination is a complex problem that causes odor and discoloration in your carpet, and unsanitary conditions. Our odor control products may help minimize odor and neutralize some odor-causing bacteria. Complete Odor Removal may not be possible. 

Stain & Soil Protection

       Carpet Protection provides soil protection and stain repellency that help reduce maintenance, make cleaning up easier, and keep your carpets clean longer. Reapplying protection after every professional cleaning is recommended, even if you already own a fine warranted, stain resistant carpet. We professionally steam clean many kinds of ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tile. Due to the porous nature of grout, it tends to absorb dirt and grime.
